Fitness at the Kroc 

With over 13,000 square feet of fitness space, the Kroc Center offers high-end equipment and fitness classes ranging from Zumba to Line Dancing. With something to offer for everybody, the Kroc Center is committed to the holistic development of the body, mind, and spirit. Come join us and we can help you achieve your goals!

All fitness classes are subject to change. All classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment.

 

Drop-In Classes

The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of both free and drop-in fitness classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members. Drop-In classes are first-come, first served. Class Passes are available at the Welcome Desk or online. All attendees are required to pick up a class pass to give the instructor. Instructors and classes are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for drop-in classes is 16+. *Instructors are subject to change.

Class Descriptions

Barbell Blast

Barbell Blast is a full-body workout designed to build strength and endurance. This class combines essential barbell exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows with hight intensity intervals. Barbell Blast will leave you feeling stronger and energized. AGES: 16+

Buns & Guns

Tone your arms and strengthen your glutes. This dynamic session incorporates a diverse range of exercises, utilizing body weight, weights, and various exercise equipment for a comprehensive and effective workout. Challenge yourself and experience the satisfaction of pushing your limits as you sculpt and define your arms while enhancing the power of your glutes. AGES 16+

Commit Dance Fitness

A dynamic, fun–filled HIIT (High–Intensity Interval Training)–style dance workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements performed to a variety of popular music, from all over the world, that will inspire everyone to get moving. COMMIT Dance introduces a to oldies and international music. AGES: 16+

Kroc Cycle

Pedal your way to peak fitness with our Kroc Cycle class! This dynamic group exercise session is designed to enhance your cardio health, helping you get lean while melting away stress. Utilizing our state–of–the–art stationary bicycles, this class combines strength training, endurance, intervals, high–intensity efforts, and recovery phases. AGES: 16+

Line Dancing

Join us for line dancing, a unique and fun activity with a repeated sequence of steps. Line dancing is a great way to get moving for all levels of fitness that will have you laughing and smiling from start to finish! AGES: 16+

Pilates

 Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance balance in this Pilates class for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Enjoy a full-body workout with controlled movements and focused breathing to improve posture and well-being. AGES: 16+

SilverSneakers – Boom Move

A higher–intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves and then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout. AGES: 55+

SilverSneakers – Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand–held weights, resistance bands, and a SilverSneakers ball are provided for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. AGES: 55+

SilverSneakersSplash

A fun, shallow water exercise class that uses a signature splash board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training. AGES: 55+

Strength Fusion

 A full-body resistance class designed to increase lean muscle, improve structural strength, decrease body fat, and boost endurance. Using hand weights, benches, and barbells, this class will help you unleash your inner strength and build a body that’s resilient, powerful, and ready for anything! AGES: 16+

Yoga Flow

Yoga flow focuses on stringing poses together, with each movement focused on synchronizing with your breathing. Move past daily distractions, gain greater mental focus, and recharge in this class designed to bring heightened awareness through flowing sequences and poses. AGES: 16+

Zumba®

Zumba fuses Latin rhythms with easy–to–follow moves, resulting in a one–of–a–kind fitness program. Routines feature interval training sessions in which fast and slow rhythms are paired with resistance training to combine for a toning, fat–burning workout. AGES: 16+

SilverSneakers – Boom Move

Teen Fit

A mandatory Fitness Center orientation for youth, ages 12-15, who desire to use the fitness facilities. Learn proper gym etiquette in our 30-minute intro class. *Teen Fit youths must be accompanied with an adult until 14 years old. 15+ do not need an adult present once they take the orientation.

Drop-in Group Exercise Schedule: Land & Water

Drop-in classes are free to members and day pass users.
Non-members can purchase a drop-in fitness class pass at the front desk for $7.

Tuesdays 7–8pm

Strengthen, tone, and move better using just your bodyweight! This 4-week class focuses on core calisthenics moves like squats, push-ups, and planks—great for beginners and intermediates. Each week builds on the last with progressions to improve strength, balance, and control.

Final Week Challenge: Wrap up the series with a timed full-body circuit to test your progress and finish strong!  AGES 16+

Bootcamp Challenge

Ready to break barriers and level up your fitness? This 6-week bootcamp is built to challenge your strength, stamina, and mindset. Each week delivers dynamic, high-intensity workouts using functional movements, cardio intervals, and strength training—all adaptable for any fitness level.

Final Week Challenge: In Week 6, you’ll take on Hell Week—two back-to-back classes in one week. Double the work, double the grit. Expect power circuits, team drills, and end-of-program finishers designed to push you out of your comfort zone and prove how far you’ve come. Ages 18+

Personal Training

Regardless of exercise experience, anyone can benefit from a personal trainer’s knowledge. Our trainers will help you set and reach short and long-term goals. The first appointment consists of body composition testing and a mini-workout. Follow-up appointments are recommended to keep your body progressing toward your goals.
