With over 13,000 square feet of fitness space, the Kroc Center offers high-end equipment and fitness classes ranging from Zumba to Line Dancing. All fitness classes are subject to change. All classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment.
The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of both free and drop-in fitness classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members. Drop-In classes are first-come, first served. Class Passes are available at the Welcome Desk or online. All attendees are required to pick up a class pass to give the instructor. Instructors and classes are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for drop-in classes is 16+. *Instructors are subject to change.

All fitness classes are drop-in classes and are included with Gold Memberships. Drop-In classes are first-come, first-served. Registration is available 2 hours prior to the start of a class.

Transform your body with our high-energy TRX Bootcamp! This full-body workout combines TRX suspension training with the intensity of bootcamp exercises. You'll use a variety of equipment, including BOSU balls, kettlebells, ropes, and more, to build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories. Suitable for all fitness levels, our expert instructors provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate and benefit.

September Miles Challenge! Get ready to embark on the ultimate fitness adventure! Our **Miles Challenge** is here, and it's time to show what you're made of. Compete to accumulate the most miles by the end of the month and claim the title of Champion! Miles must be completed intentionally by the following activities: Run, Walk, Bike, Treadmill, Row, Track, **How to Participate**:
1. Sign up at the Welcome Desk or Online
2. Track your miles through any of the above activities. Tools to use: Fitness watches or take a photo of the fitness screen as proof of your miles.
3. Submit proof by taking a picture and showing it to our fitness staff.
Regardless of exercise experience, anyone can benefit from a personal trainer’s knowledge. Our trainers will help you set and reach short and long-term goals. The first appointment consists of body composition testing and a mini-workout. Follow-up appointments are recommended to keep your body progressing toward your goals.
