Fitness at the Kroc 

With over 13,000 square feet of fitness space, the Kroc Center offers high-end equipment and fitness classes ranging from Zumba to Line Dancing. With something to offer for everybody, the Kroc Center is committed to the holistic development of the body, mind, and spirit. Come join us and we can help you achieve your goals!

All fitness classes are subject to change. All classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment.

 

 

Drop-In Classes

The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of both free and drop-in fitness classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members. Drop-In classes are first-come, first served. Class Passes are available at the Welcome Desk or online. All attendees are required to pick up a class pass to give the instructor. Instructors and classes are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for drop-in classes is 16+. *Instructors are subject to change.

Aqua HIIT

A fun, shallow water, fast–paced workout that is high intensity yet low in impact. This class uses timed intervals of all–out individual effort followed by active recovery periods to provide the same cardiovascular conditioning, core strength, and mobility benefits of a High–Intensity Interval Training land–based class by using the dynamic properties of the water. AGES: 16+

Aqua Yoga

Develop strength and balance with this relaxing form of aquatic bodywork. Aqua Yoga is a low impact activity that has participants performing Yoga poses in warm water. Aqua Yoga helps you develop strength, static balance and range of motion. This is accomplished in coordination with diaphragmatic breathing and long exhalations. AGES: 16+

Buns & Guns

Tone your arms and strengthen your glutes. This dynamic session incorporates a diverse range of exercises, utilizing body weight, weights, and various exercise equipment for a comprehensive and effective workout. Challenge yourself and experience the satisfaction of pushing your limits as you sculpt and define your arms while enhancing the power of your glutes. AGES 16+

Commit Dance Fitness

A dynamic, fun–filled HIIT (High–Intensity Interval Training)–style dance workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements performed to a variety of popular music, from all over the world, that will inspire everyone to get moving. COMMIT Dance introduces a to oldies and international music. AGES: 16+

HIIT

A total body workout with fun and ever changing aerobic and strength movements. This interval–based class combines full– body strength training with high–intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. AGES: 16+

Hot Hula

HOT HULA fitness® provides a “total body workout” isolating and increasing strength and definition to your core emphasizing on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats, Reggae music, Hip Hop and Old School songs resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. AGES: 16+

Knockout HIIT

This intense workout combines the fundamentals of boxing with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for a fast-paced, full- body workout. You’ll improve strength, speed, and stamina with a mix of shadowboxing, bag work, and explosive bodyweight exercises. Expect to burn calories, release stress, and leave feeling empowered and ready to take on anything. (Hand wraps needed) AGES: 16+

Kroc Cycle

Pedal your way to peak fitness with our Kroc Cycle class! This dynamic group exercise session is designed to enhance your cardio health, helping you get lean while melting away stress. Utilizing our state–of–the–art stationary bicycles, this class combines strength training, endurance, intervals, high–intensity efforts, and recovery phases. AGES: 16+

Line Dancing

Join us for line dancing, a unique and fun activity with a repeated sequence of steps. Line dancing is a great way to get moving for all levels of fitness that will have you laughing and smiling from start to finish! AGES: 16+

Step it up!

Elevate your fitness routine with our energizing Step Aerobics class! This fun, high-intensity cardio workout combines rhythmic stepping on and off a platform with upbeat music to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Our class offers a full-body workout that strengthens your legs, core, and upper body while improving coordination and endurance. You’ll enjoy a motivating and supportive environment that helps you burn calories and have fun. Step up to a fitter, healthier you! AGES: 16+

SilverSneakers – Boom Move

A higher–intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves and then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout. AGES: 55+

SilverSneakers – Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand–held weights, resistance bands, and a SilverSneakers ball are provided for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. AGES: 55+

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning class is designed to improve strength, agility, and power. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. AGES: 16+

Strength Training

Come join us for a full body resistance class designed to increase lean muscle, improve structural strength, decrease body fat, and increase endurance. AGES: 16+

Yoga Flow

Yoga flow focuses on stringing poses together, with each movement focused on synchronizing with your breathing. Move past daily distractions, gain greater mental focus, and recharge in this class designed to bring heightened awareness through flowing sequences and poses. AGES: 16+

Zumba®

Zumba fuses Latin rhythms with easy–to–follow moves, resulting in a one–of–a–kind fitness program. Routines feature interval training sessions in which fast and slow rhythms are paired with resistance training to combine for a toning, fat–burning workout. AGES: 16+

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning is an energetic fitness class that blends cardio and strength training using toning sticks or light weights to add resistance. This class focuses on toning and sculptingmuscles, particularly in the arms, core, and lower body, all while keeping the fun, dance-driven atmosphere of traditional Zumba. Perfect for those looking to add a muscle-toning component to their cardio workout! AGES: 16+

 

SilverSneakers – Boom Move

Teen Fit

A mandatory Fitness Center orientation for youth, AGES 12–15, who desire to use the fitness facilities. Learn proper gym etiquette, safety, and basic exercise techniques in this introductory class. Teen Fit Youth must be accompanied by an adult at all times until they are 16 years of age. FEE: $7

All fitness classes are drop-in classes and are included with Gold Memberships. Drop-In classes are first-come, first-served. Registration is available 2 hours prior to the start of a class.

Join Adult Boxing, designed for beginners looking to build strength, improve fitness, and learn boxing fundamentals. In this class, you’ll focus on proper stance, footwork, punches, and defensive techniques in a supportive and motivating environment. Perfect for those new to boxing or wanting a fun way to stay active. No experience required!

This fitness mobility class is designed to enhance your flexibility, stability, and range of motion while helping to prevent injury and promote recovery. Through dynamic stretches, controlled movements, and functional exercises, you will increase mobility in key areas like the hips, shoulders, and spine, improve posture, and boost overall performance in everyday activities or athletic pursuits.

Personal Training

Regardless of exercise experience, anyone can benefit from a personal trainer’s knowledge. Our trainers will help you set and reach short and long-term goals. The first appointment consists of body composition testing and a mini-workout. Follow-up appointments are recommended to keep your body progressing toward your goals.
