Timeline of Events

The new software system and online registration website will officially go live on Tuesday, March 11! Here’s a schedule of how the transition will look over the next couple of weeks. There will be some actions that you will need to take once the new site launches.

Monday, March 3–Monday, March 10: Software Transition Week
The process of transferring data from the old to the new system takes place this week.
Because of this, we will be unable to process the following transactions during this week:

  • Membership purchases
  • Membership changes/cancellations 

Tuesday, March 11: New Software Launches!
Actions you can take starting on March 11:

  • Create an online account on the brand-new Kroc Community online registration website.
  • Download the Kroc Connect app and connect it to your membership account to register for land and aquatic group exercise classes.
  • The links to the Kroc Community online and Kroc Connect app will be shared via email, text message, and on this webpage starting on March 11.

Tuesday, March 11–Friday, March 14: Lobby Pop-Up & A Chance To Win
Join us in the lobby all week to learn about the brand-new Kroc Connect app and our new online registration process. Kroc Staff will be available to answer all your questions and help you set up your account! Register for both online platforms and be entered to win a gift basket!

There’s a new way to purchase classes and manage your memberships online!

 Kroc Community Website:

  • Update your membership account information and make changes to your billing account online as needed, without having to visit The Kroc Center in-person.
  • New search functionality will make it easier than ever to search for and find classes and activities that are a perfect fit for you and your family.

Brand New Kroc Center App:

  • Scan into The Kroc Center with your digital membership card.
  • Reserve group exercise classes and view your upcoming class schedule.
  • Receive automated messages and notifications about upcoming classes, facility closures, and more. You control what you're notified about!

Follow the steps below to set up your new Kroc online account and get started!

How to Set Up Your Kroc Online Accounts:

STEP ONE: Create a Kroc Community Website Account

  1. Visit phoenix.kroccommunity.org.
  2. Click “Create Online Account”.
  3. Enter the first name, last name, and email address that are associated with your Kroc Center account, and click "Submit".
    Note: To create an online account, you must have an email address already tied to your Kroc Center account. If you don’t have an email in our system or don’t know what it is, email [email protected] or visit the front desk for assistance.
  4. You will receive an email inviting you to log in with a link to click and set your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it!

Create Your Kroc Community Account

STEP TWO: Download & Sign In to The Kroc Connect App

  1. Download the Kroc Connect App from your app store:
        
    Note: You will need your Apple ID and password to download the app on an iPhone.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click “Forgot Password?”
  4. Enter in your new password and confirm.
  5. You will receive an email with a pin number. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it!
  6. Enter the Pin Number and Click “Login”.
