eSports Lounge Party Package

Enjoy an epic video game party in comfort and style! Our NEW eSports Lounge has something for every gamer and room for at least 16 players. With 4 high performance gaming computers, an Xbox Series X and two Nintendo switches with all the latest multiplayer games, your guests can play together and have the ultimate multiplayer experience.

Includes:

  • A Game Room and Event Attendant for assistance.
  • Use of our 4 high performance gaming computers.
  • Use of our video game collection.
  • Use of our gaming consoles.
  • Use of our game room.
  • Rock wall access may be added for an additional $75.00

More Information

  • Children aged 6 years and under must be supervised by an adult while in the water
  • Balloons are allowed but must be tied to a weight 
  • Parties are not allowed to extend party times 
  • Parties are not allowed to swim before their party starts
  • Parties are not allowed to stay and swim after their party is over

Reservations & Cancellations

  • Dates will not be held and are on a first-come basis
  • Birthday parties must be booked 2–3 weeks in advance. 
  • A rebooking fee of $25 will be applied if you need to change the date after the initial contract signing.

What will happen if I should cancel my party?
The following cancellation policy will be followed and enforced:

  • 30 or more days prior to the event: 100% refund
  • 2 or more weeks prior to the event: 50% refund
  • Up to 7 days: 0% refund

Kroc Party Policies

  • Party rooms include tables, chairs, a sink, and counter space.

  • You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

  • An Event Attendant will be provided to assist with room setup and takedown, group check-in and checkout, and any needs or questions during your party.

  • A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking.

  • The Kroc Center reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a party due to unforeseen emergencies.

  • Guests are responsible for removing gifts, towels, and personal items before the scheduled party time ends.

  • Towels: Please remind your guests to bring a towel if they plan on swimming.

  • Locks: If you plan to use the lockers, we recommend bringing a day-use lock for storing personal items.

Birthday Party Asked Questions

Upon making your reservation payment of 10% down of the total cost will be due.

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your scheduled party date.

Can I come early to set up the room?

Yes. You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time. After checking in at the front desk, please wait in the lobby until an event attendant meets you and brings you to your party room. Please note that staff may still be finalizing setup until your party begins.

Can we bring food and drinks?

Yes. You may bring your own food and drinks. However, alcohol and smoking are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Can we swim before we go into the party room?

No, room times must coincide with our pool schedule.

What will be in the party room when we arrive?

Your party room will include tables, chairs, a sink, and counter space.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes, decorations such as tablecloths, banners, centerpieces, and paper goods. Please note:

  • Guests are responsible for both setup and removal.
  • Only painter’s tape may be used.
  • Glitter and confetti are not permitted.
  • Balloons must be weighted before entering the building—loose balloons are not allowed.
  • Tablecloths for all tables are required.

What do I need to know for our swimmers and rock-climbers? Swimming:

  • All swimmers must bring their own towel.
  • Proper swimwear is required; cotton clothing is not allowed in the pool.
  • Children under age 3 must wear a swim diaper.
  • Children ages 6 and under must remain within arm’s reach or close proximity of an adult.
  • One adult may supervise a maximum of three children in the water.
  • Lifejackets are available for free on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring in your own lifejackets.

Rock Climbing:

  • Climbers must wear a t-shirt, pants or shorts, and closed-toe tennis shoes.
  • Dresses, skirts, flip-flops, and bare feet are not allowed.
  • Please make sure climbers are completely dry before using the rock wall after swimming.

Does my party include any other activities at the Kroc Center?

Your party includes only the activity you selected (swimming or rock climbing). If you would like additional activities or facility use, please ask at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply. Rock climbing is based on availability.

What does the Event Attendant do?

An Event Attendant will assist with room setup and takedown, as well as group check-in and checkout. They will also be available to help with any needs or questions during your party.
