Volunteers

We are looking for 100 volunteers ages 15 and older to help us on March 23, from 8am–5pm.

There are five areas where you can volunteer (plus all volunteers will help our staff with event set up and event take down).

Volunteer Here

  • Greeter/Floater: Do you love to chat with people? Join our team of greeters and floaters to help welcome guests, direct people to the right egg hunt fields, and answer questions. You will be equipped with a map of the event so don't worry about not knowing our site

  • Bounce Houses/Games: Games and Bounce Houses and More, oh my! If you like to play, this is the spot for you! Play games and help supervise the bounce houses so everyone can have a good, safe time

  • Face Painting/Crafts: Calling all artists and crafters! We need people to paint designs, characters, and Easter-related items on the faces of the kids (and parents!) at the Eggstravaganza. We will also have tables of quick crafts for the kids - we need you to help explain the craft and help remove sticker paper

  • Egg Hunts: It's the main event! Put out the eggs before each scheduled egg hunt, monitor the gate to ensure kids are getting in safely and in the right age division, and clean up the field between each egg hunt.

  • Event Set Up and Event Take Down: Volunteers are needed to help set up and take down the stage, backdrop, tables, chairs, and other items as needed.

Donations

The Kroc Center is also in need of monetary gifts and donations of plastic Easter eggs and candy for the event. Please contact the Kroc Center at 602-425-5000 to donate.
