The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of both free and paid drop-in fitness classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members.

All fitness classes are drop-in classes and are included with Gold Memberships. Drop-In classes are first-come, first served. Registration is available 2 hours prior to the start of a class.

Aqua HIIT

A fun, shallow water fast-paced workout that is high intensity yet low in impact.  This class uses timed intervals of all-out individual effort followed by active recovery periods to provide the same cardiovascular conditioning, core strength, and mobility benefits of a High-Intensity Interval Training land-based class by using the dynamic properties of the water.

Ages: 16+

Aqua Yoga

Develop strength and balance with this relaxing form of aquatic bodywork. Aqua Yoga is a low impact activity that has participants performing yoga poses in warm water. Aqua Yoga helps you develop strength, static balance, and range of motion. This is accomplished in coordination with diaphragmatic breathing and long exhalations.

SilverSneaker Splash

A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.

Boxing Boot Camp

Boxing Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout that targets strength, agility, core, and coordination. Get into shape by doing circuits using bodyweight, ropes, heavy bags, mitts, and more. This class is designed to challenge you at the level that’s right for you, creating the discipline you need to maximize your workout. We can always modify up or down to help you make the most of your workout. Please bring your own gloves or hand wraps. Hand wraps can be purchased for $10.

Circuit Training

A full-body workout that is interval based. Improve your strength and conditioning by incorporating equipment, full-body movements, and cardio combined with short periods of rest.

Commit Dance Fitness

A dynamic, fun-filled HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)-style dance workout.  Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements performed to a variety of popular music, from all over the world, that will inspire everyone to get moving. COMMIT Dance introduces a variety of dance styles from the latest trends to oldies and international music.

Fit Boxing

The boxing-based class that uses H.I.I.T - High-Intensity Interval Training. Boxing is a great form of cardio as it builds limb speed, arm strength, and stamina. Start with an intense cardio warm-up, boxing, intervals of bodyweight exercises, and core. Bodyweight exercises or hand weights may be used. Please bring boxing wraps or boxing gloves to class. Boxing wraps can be purchased at the Welcome Desk for $10.

Kroc Cycle

Enhance your cardio with this group exercise session geared towards helping you get lean and relieve stress.  This class utilizes our stationary bicycles and focuses on strength, endurance, intervals, high intensity, and recovery.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Line Dancing

Join us for line dancing, a unique and fun activity with a repeated sequence of steps.  Line dancing is a great way to get moving for all levels of fitness that will have you laughing and smiling from start to finish!

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

Pound®

 You become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising. The workout is easily modifiable, and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities, and fitness levels

Strength Training

Come join us for a full-body resistance class designed to increase lean muscle, improve structural strength, decrease body fat, and increase endurance.

Yoga Flow

One of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga, Yoga Flow focuses on stringing poses together, with each movement focused on synchronizing with your breathing. Move past daily distractions, gain greater mental focus, and recharge in this class designed to bring heightened awareness through flowing sequences and poses. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a full-body, high energy, cardio-infused, upbeat workout. Traditional yoga poses made more challenging with the optional use of hand weights and body weight. You'll get your heart pumping, your blood flowing, and will leave feeling energized. With ways to modify and advance each move, this yoga workout is definitely for everyone.

Popular Class

ZUMBA®

Zumba fuses Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves, resulting in a one of a kind fitness program. Routines feature interval training sessions in which fast and slow rhythms are paired with resistance training to combine for toning, fat-burning workout. Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Teen Fit

A mandatory Fitness Center orientation for youth, ages 12-15, who desire to use the fitness facilities. Learn proper gym etiquette, safety, and basic exercise techniques in this introductory 30-minute class. 

*Teen Fit youths must be accompanied by an adult at all times until they are 16 years of age.
